AXXIS Capital was founded by operators who spent years inside the multifamily education world, the teams behind Peak and The Multifamily Mindset, where they taught thousands of people how this asset class really works.
We kept hearing the same thing: people understood why apartments belong in a serious portfolio, but they did not have the time, the team, or the access to do it well on their own. So we built the firm we wished existed. One that gives passive investors a direct line into institutional-grade deals, underwritten and operated by people who do this full time.
