Tyler Deveraux
Co-Founder & CEO
Tyler is the founder and CEO of Peak Multifamily, one of the nation's largest multifamily education companies, and the founder of AXXIS Capital, with $600 million in commercial real estate under management. He has helped mentorship clients acquire over $1 billion in multifamily assets and has personally taken 15 investment deals full-cycle, generating nearly $100 million in profits.
A 3x Amazon bestselling author and keynote speaker, Tyler has been featured in Forbes, Fox News, and Yahoo Finance. He brings more than 14 years of real-world investing experience, which began with his first rental property at age 21 and grew into a career built on disciplined acquisition and hands-on operation.
He lives in Maui, Hawaii with his wife and two children, where the firm's "Investing with Aloha" philosophy was born.
Eric Chadderdon
Co-Founder, Capital
Eric is a Managing Partner specializing in multifamily acquisitions and investor relations. He spent over a decade leading high-performing sales teams, an experience that shaped the way he communicates with investors and executes on the firm's plans.
A Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestselling author, Eric has been featured in Yahoo Finance and New York Weekly. He leads three-day multifamily workshops across the country, training new investors on the fundamentals of building wealth through apartments.
He describes himself as a builder of portfolios, of people, and of possibility, committed to helping others pursue a life by design.
Meaghan Davenport
Co-Founder, President of Operations
Meaghan is the President of Operations, leading the firm's Asset Management department. She drives operational excellence, financial performance, and value creation across the multifamily portfolio, holding every property to the same standard.
Known for her strategic vision and an innovative approach, she excels at defining and executing investment strategies that improve property performance and mitigate risk. She brings deep experience in project management and construction, and takes a hands-on approach to align operational goals with investor expectations.
Brett Davenport
Co-Founder, Acquisitions
Brett is an Acquisitions Specialist who identifies and evaluates properties against the firm's strict criteria. He brings 27 years in power generation and earned his MBA from Colorado State University in 2016.
He previously served as Asset Management Director at an international engineering company for over six years, where he managed complex assets and large operating budgets. That technical and financial discipline carries directly into how he underwrites every deal.
Brett completed a distinguished 10-year tenure of active-duty service with the U.S. Navy and continues to serve as a Chief Petty Officer in the Naval Reserves.
